KAVEH MEHRABI BADMINTON

Hello every body,

I'm writing from my hotel room in Hyderabad,India.

I played my match against Chan Yan Kit from Hong Kong China yesterday evening. He had a very good start and managed to get a few quick points with his very string attack. My plan was to slow down the game, even though in general I would like to push the pase of the game but against him I knew that my only chance of winning was to slow the game down because he is very explosive and fast and if I was playing fast it would have been in his advantage.

After he got up to 11:5 in the first set I manage to find a better rethym and force him to play a with my plan.after the break of at 11, I was into the game much more than the first half of the set but I lost 21:15.

in the second set I was doing the same up to 11:7 for him but from there, he was the one on court, who took the control and finish the set 21: 11.

I have to say I'm happy with many things in my game, I managed to played a different kind of a game that I would normaly play and force him to play that game for the most part the match. Also there were things that I had work on the last couple of months and I could feel the improvement. Of course there are things that I must improve a lot. I will take all the possetive thing from this experience and will keep on improving my game base on that.

I will go back to Denmark tomorrow evening and arraving on Thursday evening. The next stop for me would be the 2009 Belgian International, which is on the first week of September. I'm in a great shape and I would go back and keep up the hard training and prepare for the Belgian International.
