Hello every body,

Hope you are doing. Yesterday I played another team match with my club against Errirsø. we had to play at their home court. So once again we had a long drive before our team match but I must admit I'm very proud of our team with the way they handle this situations. It was a very good day for us even though some of our players had small injuries. We won 11:2 which means we will continue to lead the group in our league.

The next team match is in two weeks time and it's against the number two in our group. Of course it will be a very important team match but not more important than other matches. I believe if we should win the group we should only focus at one team match at the time and put all of our energy on that match and take every team match as serious as possible.

But before our next team match I'm going to participate at the 2010 South Africa international. I'll leave Tuesday afternoon from Denmark. The tournament will start on Thursday. I'm feeling very good about my game at the moment. I had some very good and hard training since I came back from my two tournaments in central America and I feel very hungry and motivated to compete again.

I have some very good memories from south Africa. I have played the tournament 4 time before, I made semi final in 2006 and final in 2005. and last time I played in 2007 I won the tournament and it was a great feeling because it was during te Olympic qualification for the 2008 Olympic Ganes and of course winning this tournament at the time helped me a lot to qualify for the Olympic Games.
